Brad Robinson
As a founder, builder, and investor, I specialize in bringing ambitious residential and commercial visions to life. My focus is on high-end construction, luxury development, and long-term value creation in some of the Southeast’s most desirable markets.
I lead teams that deliver exceptional outcomes—from custom estates to branded environments. Whether restoring a historic home or building ground-up in Charleston or Atlanta, my role is to drive execution, ensure quality, and protect the vision behind every project.
I also lead a private real estate fund focused on speculative luxury development, with active initiatives in the Atlanta market and a long-term vision for premier destinations like Kiawah Island and Highlands. I’m also the host of The Bradford Blueprint, a podcast and coaching platform for builders and entrepreneurs ready to scale smarter.
Through Bradford Equity Partners, my private investment fund, I’m creating opportunities for investors to step off the sidelines and into the excitement of luxury building—while driving returns through craftsmanship, leadership, and strategic growth across the trades.
