About Gabe Norcross

Gabriel Norcross is the owner of Norcross Builders, a boutique renovation and remodeling firm specializing in historic homes in Louisville, Kentucky. With over 25 years of construction experience built primarily in the San Francisco Bay Area, Gabe relocated his family to Louisville in 2023 after a financial and personal breaking point on his final California project pushed him to rebuild everything from scratch — the business, the boundaries, and the life around it.

Today, Norcross Builders operates on purpose: three to four carefully selected projects per year, every one paired with a designer and a formal pre-construction process. Alongside the build work, Gabe is channeling his lived experience into something bigger, developing Resilience Through Reform with Morgan Molitor to address the mental health crisis quietly devastating the trades.
